Facilities
The modern white bathroom provides a bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel
rail.
The kitchen has a convenient hatch through to the dining area. There is
a good supply of kitchen utensils pans plates bowls etc.
The kitchen includes an electric cooker with a gas hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a fridge /freezer.
A washing machine with tumble drying facility, iron and ironing board is also provided.
The garden is fully fenced. At the front is an ornamental pond, and a
garden bench so you can sit outside to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There
is also a BBQ available. To the rear of the house is a small flat area, with a rustic old table and
bench, (breakfast perhaps?).
Behind this some steep steps lead up to a hilly uncultivated wooded area which you are welcome to explore, but at your own risk as the ground is uneven and the steps steep.
There is parking for 2 cars.
