Welcome to Burnside Cottage!
Burnside is a traditional stone built cottage, approximately 140 years old. It takes it's name from the burn (stream) which runs in the garden.
Burnside has been recently tastefully refurbished to provide comfortable and cosy accommodation.
The cottage sleeps a maximum of four people and is situated in Skeabost bridge, which is about six miles from Portree, the main village on Skye and fifteen miles from Dunvegan.
The accomodation comprises of a long hallway from which all the rooms are accessed. Burnside is heated by electric wall heaters with adjustable thermostats. All the windows are double glazed.
The lounge/dining room has a traditional slate open fire (first supply of logs provided) for cosy, relaxing evenings.
The bedrooms comprise of a twin bedded room with views across the loch and a double room which looks out upon a wooded area to the rear of the house. All bed linen and towels are provided.
